Teams of 3
1. 200m Sand bag Run or 100m Tire Drag
2. 10 Tire Flips
3. AMRAP Burpees

Each partner will start at a different station. Once partner 1 returns from the run or drag and partner 2 has completed the tire flips then all athletes will switch stations. Your score is how many Burpees you can accumulate. Keep a total count of Burpees, when switching let your partner know which number you completed. Do it all outside if you can. At CFD flip tires in the grass and not the street. Enjoy!!!
