    Rope climbs left me blistered and rope-rashed. Need to get the j hook down better and a get pair gloves. Climbing rope make me feel like the fat kid in gym. hahahahaha.

    Used #135 in my last round of front squats.

    Great job by the 530 class.

    Only went up to 245 on the front squat.


    Not my day today. Too slow on the front squats.

    15:11with 95# and 1 legit rope climb
    Almost persevered the second until the burn won out! Scaled the rest

    Front squat 165#
    Couldn’t get 2 together @ 175# elbows must be up!!!
