Chrissy “The Butcher” Boucher

Today we are celebrating another CFB lifetime member. Chrissy has been a part of CFB before I even took over. She started here with Page Lockhart and B-Fit and she has never left. Chrissy and her twins Nate and Kate have been a huge part of the CFB family. She is at every party, every event and pretty much at the box every single day!!! She is constantly looking to improve her fitness and skills and is always working on something. This woman has one of the biggest engines in the gym and can handle any long grinder WOD that is thrown at her. So we honor her with this spicy workout that she helped us create. Enjoy!!!

Practice 1 gymnastics Movements
EMOM 10-15 Minutes
Perform 3-5 reps

C. Beach Body
Superset with little to no rest in between
4×12 Bicep Curls (cable, barbell or DB)
4×12 Tricep Extensions (cable, barbell or DB)
