Announcement:: a lot of us are using the whiteboard on our main site. The whiteboard will keep track of all your lifts,pr’s, metcons and has many more options as well as a phone app. A lot of us have and are using my Wod app, but a transition to the whiteboard would be great. All workouts and strengths are put up there for you and all you have to do is go on and post your score. It will even have the option to post it on Facebook if you would like to brag on yourself!!!! Which you all should because you are all amazing!!!!
