A) Spend 10 minutes on Rowing Technique

B) Work on Box Jumps
Try Rebounding
Try stepping down
Try and find the best and most efficient way for you to do

Rest :40 seconds
1 Minute KB Sumo High Pulls (70,53)
Rest :40 seconds
1 Minute Box Jumps (24,20)
Rest :40 seconds
1 Minute Max Calorie Rowing
Rest :40 seconds

Larger classes can start at different stations.
