    Warm up: Bent rows @ 145#. Worked up to 5 rep pushup from 45# to 90#.

    WOD: 14 – 12 – 10 – 11 = 47

    This kicked my ass so bad, I left a ‘sweat angel’ on the floor while recovering. Loved every minute of it, but was glad when it was over!!!
