    Did 5:30 p – huge class, but it worked out great! Awesome and humbling to work out with so many fantastic athletes! And 6:30 p brought more athletes! Love this CFB family! Life wouldn’t be the same without it. Thx Jay & Sonia!! Hey & thx Sara for sharing the bar with me for strength-Push Press & for the WOD -Front Squats etc… We figured it out and were a good team! 😉

    3RM 165# (got 2 for 175#). I thought Wade did 3 for 175#, since we were working the same bar. Wade, please check and correct me if I am wrong.

    WOD:
    3 rounds + 13 (135#, some toe to armpit in 3rd round).
