    Holy Guacamole this one was tough!! 52:26 with scaling the pushups to 50 and I had to do 50 situps on the 4th round instead of the pillions bc I ripped my hand!!

    I love a good sweaty sabbath! Cfbridgewater is church for my body! 38:39 L1; I need thinner bands now for pullups…getting there; push ups are getting better and better.

    You guys are Crazy! Why add a weighted vest to an already miserable WOD. Good for you.

    Jared 38:17 RX but no vest so I guess I’m a wuss or very smart!
