Hey everyone I’m going to put some abbreviations that we typically use throughout the classes. I’ll do 10 or so today and do more as the week goes on.

1) Wod- workout of the day
2) AMRAP- as many reps as possible
3) EMOTM- every minute on the minute
4) HSPU- hand stand push ups
5) HBBS- high bar back squat
6) LBBS- low bar back squat
7) TTB- toes to bar
8) KTE- knees to elbows
9) MU- muscle ups
10) SDHP- sumo deadlift high pull
