Calling all athletes: Who wants to go to Regionals with team CFB. Tryouts will be held in October to be on the Competition Team. Local athletes are all welcome to join our box for this upcoming CrossFit Games season!!! Whether you are an Individual, Team or Masters athlete there is no better way to ramp up for the Season then by training with and along side experienced veterans. You are only as good as your competition so get over and check out what we have to offer.
