    Endurance WOD was all skillz today:

    Accumulate 5min of handstand holds
    did it in 15 to 30sec intervals

    Accumulate 5min L-sit holds
    did it in 10 to 15sec intervals

    9:06 RX. Great WOD. Warm up was fun. Sit to stands got better with practice. Sorry to have skipped out early on the 6:30 girls (2nd heat) but had to get home to relieve the wife. Your support was greatly appreciated. I owe you one!

    Awesome Warmup! Skin the cat’s are my new fave.
    Sucker Punch 10:51 1st WOD w/ 53lb KB, green & thin red band PU < sux.
    Then did a maxhandstand hold for 2:30 🙂 & practiced some shoulder exercises

    Should have gone heavier (definitely should have listened to St Hell) and time to move away from the black band – still recovering from a fun long weekend.
