Max reps Shoulder to Overhead (135,95)
Penalty: 20 Double Unders
Max RepsFront Rack Lunges (135,95)
Once you stop the max reps of STO then you must perform the double under penalty. After completing the double unders then start max reps of lunges. After you drop the bar from lunges perform the Burpee penalty. Continue in this pattern for 9 minutes and try to accumulate max reps. The bar can be rested over head or in the front rack. Not in the hang or on the back(Twhite)
