5 Kipping HSPU

A. Strength:
In 15 Minutes
1 RM Front Squat
-Do this in 10 sets or less including warm ups. Does not have to be a PR. 

B. OLY
E2M for 14
Power Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
-Work up to max for the day

C.Metcon
5 Rounds
10 Push Press (135,95)
20 Burpees
40 Double Unders
Rest :90 between rounds
All out efforts!!!
