100m Sled Drag
Second athlete performs
7 Toe 2 Bar
5 Chest 2 Bar
3 Bar Muscle Ups

Every 5 Minutes you must both complete 100ft Handstand walk. One partner goes 50ft. Then the second goes 50ft then repeat back for 100ft.

If you do not have a sled. Then perform 200m sand bag run(heavy)
