Halting Squat Snatch
Work up to 85% for a single in Halt Snatch. Pause for a 3 second Isometric at the knee. Then Squat Snatch. 
B. OLY 2:
Power Snatch Cycling
Set 1 – decrease weight of Halt Snatch to 60% and perform 5 Power snatches
Set 2 – decrease by 10 more pounds and perform max reps in :30 seconds
C. METCON:
AMRAP 15
10 Toe 2 Bars
15 Wallballs (30/20)
20 Calorie Row

D. ACCESSORY:
3-4 Rounds
10 BB Bent over Row
10 Banded Face Pulls
