fall off a 16-20″ box and Rebound to a 20-24″ box
Rest :30-60 seconds between all sets

B1. EMOM 8 (Snatch)
1 Squat Snatch @ 85%

B2. EMOM 8 (Clean&Jerk)
1 Clean & Jerk @ 85%

C. STRENGTH
1.25 Front Squats
5×3 Heavy

D.ENDURANCE
(If your weakness is endurance then do this first)
4-6 rounds
Run (Th/F/S): Repeat 800m, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates
