With competitors training now at both of our locations make sure your rest day is planned out so you can join us on Sunday’s. CF Bridgewater at 11am and CF Dartmouth at 10am. Please show up a bit early to stretch and mobilize so we can stay on time and you all can enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

4 Deadlifts (315,225)

Rest 5 Min.

Then 1 mile recovery run

C. Core/Accesory
1a) Bent Over Rows
1b) Reverse Hyper Extensions
4×10 reps of each
