It is designed to help anyone from any walk of life achieve Fitness. We summarize it as the most effective way to help you achieve Fitness through exercise. What does that really mean?
The Dictionary defines Fitness as:
the condition of being physically fit and healthy.

synonyms: good health, strength, robustness, vigor, athleticism, toughness, physical fitness, muscularity. CrossFit is, by definition, one of the most effective ways to achieve fitness. It is a great way to create a healthy body and guard against illness
CrossFit builds 10 different fitness domains:
1. Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance
It does so by giving you a different workout each day in Denver focused on multiple domains of fitness during a 1 hour session. Each 1 hour session has a complete warm up, workout, called a Workout of the Day (WOD), and a complete cooldown. By encompassing all the necessary elements to build a healthy exercise regimen, you are going to improve in each area required to be healthy.
