This is it, the final week! This week will take extreme focus if you want to win this challenge.
Tricks to cut those extra pounds this week:
-Eat every 2-3 hours but eat light meals consisting of Lean protein and Vegetables.
-Reduce your fruit intake this week to just one serving a day.
-Drink lots of water to stay full.
The Challenge benchmark WOD will be on Wednesday this week and the Pullup and 400m Run test will be on Tuesday.
There are so many prizes up for grabs in the Lurong Challenge at CFD and remember at CFB there are CUSTOMIZED NIKE METCONS on the line for 1st place and other prizes for the runners up.
In order to win any prizes at CFB you must have your paleo points logged into the spreadsheet or you must hand them over to Jason by Sunday. You must also have your measuremnts taken by Sunday or as early as Friday. Lastly, you must complete your benchmark wods and have the original and retest scores entered into the spreadsheet.
