Should be a great learning experience!

Maybe I’ll learn why my front squat sucks so bad compared to my OHS and BS, so then I can finally get past my 235 Clean and jerk…

Anyone that is currently competing, or has even thought about competing in the future, this is really something worth investing in.

I’ve spoken with Rick at a numerous amount of events while traveling around with Justin.Hes a great guy and really knows his stuff!
