As the Open has come to an end and the top 200 masters athletes have been chosen to embark on the second phase of competion leading up to the Crossfit Games. they must go through an online qualifier and take on 4 more workouts.
page Lockhart, Deedee Macdonald snd Mary Fleming have earned their spots. They have till Monday April 25th to submit their scores and video submissions. This is a huge accomplishment for these three ladies and they are going to need their community to support them through this. Below I will shed some light on what this phase consist of and whats expectedfrom them and slso post the 4 wods so you all can follow. GOOD LUCK LADIES AND LEAVE EVERYTHING ON THE FLOOR!!!!!!

Following the Open, the top-200 Masters athletes worldwide in each age division are automatically invited to compete in the Masters Online Qualifier. In this competition, Masters athletes will submit scores and/or videos for four additional workouts.

The Online Qualifier workouts will be released on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at 5 p.m. PT. Masters athletes will have until Monday, April 25, 2016, at 5 p.m. PT, to submit their scores and/or videos for these workouts.

Masters athletes submitting scores must use a registered judge for each workout and have their performance validated by a validly licensed CrossFit affiliate in good standing. In addition, all four workouts must be videotaped. Masters athletes will be asked to submit one to four of these videos for review (April 26, 2016). Alternatively, Masters athletes may elect to submit videos of the four workouts online for judging and validation. All videos submitted for review must adhere to standard Open video submission guidelines.

Masters athletes will have five scores tabulated in order to determine their final rank in the Online Qualifier: four scores from the Online Qualifier workouts and one score based on their finish in the Open. If an athlete is unable to complete a Qualifier workout, they will not receive a score for that workout and they will be ranked below every other athlete who completed the four workouts.

Only after the video review process is complete will the Masters Leaderboard be set. The top-20 male and female athletes in each age division will be invited to compete at the Games starting on May 5, 2016. If Masters athletes ranked in the top 20 in any age division decline their invitation to the Games, the next highest-ranked athlete in that division may be invited. The Games invitation process for Masters athletes will be completed by June 4, 2016.

WORKOUT 1:
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Row for calories
Thrusters

WORKOUT 2:
1-rep-max deadlift
(no time cap)

WORKOUT 3:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
55 double-unders
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 hang power cleans

WORKOUT 4:
For time:
55 burpees
34 overhead squats
21 muscle-ups
(20 minute cap)
